John Ellis Pendergrass, Jr., 52, of Tyrone died February 7, 2011. Mr. Pendergrass was a Truck Driver by trade. He was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church. He was loved by everyone that knew him, including his children, family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Marlene Pendergrass of Tyrone; daughters, Rebecca and Grace Pendergrass, both of Tyrone; grandchild, McKayla Cawthon of Tyrone; sister, Patricia and Knox Brand of Tyrone; niece, Patricia and James Ryan of West Hartford, Connecticut; nephew, Knox Brand III of Athens; cousin, Carroll and Beverly Byron of Tyrone.
Funeral service held February 11, 2011 at Hopewell United Methodist Church, Tyrone. Burial in the church cemetery.
