Frank M. Lombard Sr., 82, of Valrico, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. Frank proudly served in the US Marine Corps. He was employed with the Westinghouse Electric Corporation for 30 years where he was the Engineering Service Manager for the South East Area and was associated with the implementation of the TIA shuttle management and maintenance. Frank is survived by his family, wife of 60 years, Mary Ann; sons, Frank Lombard Jr, Daniel (Cheri) Lombard and Gary (Susan) Lombard; daughters, Sandra (Richard) Ballou, Carol Lombard and Mary Ann (Matt) Waldbart; sisters, Dorothy (Eugene) Love and Anna Mae Cathell; grandchildren, Michael, Brooke, Kyle, Lisa, Brittany, Emily, Ryan, Scott, Brian and Philip. Frank will be laid to rest at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, Chapel of the Palms.
