Son of Edwin D. & Leocadia Virginia (Joseph/Zacharias) Wattson.

In Nov. 1921, Father Wattson was appointed as the Third Pastor of St. Joseph's Church in Scotia. He was zealous in his efforts to make it a wonderful place to worship. He was often seen tirelessly traveling on foot to visit parishners and those in the hospital.
