Lewis; mother Wilma Thompson; children Angela Griffin and Kelli Andrews (Frank), and step-daughter Tanya Yohn (Bo); siblings Ricky Thompson, Troy Thompson (Regina), Brenda Lemley (Garry), and Wanda Thompson (Sam); grandchildren Dale Griffin, Shawn Griffin, Tyler Rasner, Kevin Yohn, Ryan Strevels, Brianna Yohn, and Dani Andrews; great-grandchildren Dakota Rasner, McKenzie Harris, and Kevin Harris, Jr; and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Interment at Salem Primitive Baptist Cemetery.
