Born in Providence, a daughter of Helen (Tingloff) Clough, and the late Richard F. Clough, she lived in East Greenwich for three years. She previously lived in North Kingstown for 27 years.
Mrs. Alsfeld was a member of the Wickford Lioness Club.
Besides her mother she leaves three daughters, D. Annie Towhill of South Kingstown, Heidi C. and Kristen J. Alsfeld, both of North Kingstown; a brother, Richard Clough, Batavia, Ill., and two grandchildren. She was mother of the late Kim J. Alsfeld.
The funeral service will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Lawrence E. Fagan Jr. Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.
