Services for Mary Helen Eads, 82, widow of James Paul Eads, will be 2:00 p.m. today, Sunday, June 29, 2003, at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Brother Todd Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Eads, formerly of the Bemis Community, died Friday, June 27, 2003, at her residence in Brentwood, TN. She was the daughter of the late Elvin Ernest and Bessie Ora Eason Haney. She leaves 2 sons, Bobby G. Eads of Decatur AL and Don Eads and his wife Judy of Brentwood, TN; 4 grandchildren, Britt Eads, Jonathan Eads, Jason Eads, and Gena Eads. She also leaves 3 great-grandchildren. Casketbearers to serve are Robin Smith, Stacy Smith, Neal Smith, Marty Tolley, Mark Tolley, and Bobby Butler.
