Harriett Setsuko Kitano, 83, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2011.

She is survived by her sons, Robert (Melissa), Arthur (Vivianne), and Norman (Diana) Kitano; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Alexander, Rachel, and Nicolas Kitano; sister, Shizuko Yanaga; and many nephews and nieces.

Private family funeral services were held on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel with Pastor Jim Bessey of Christ Lutheran Church Long Beach officiating.
