Fredericksburg, Tex, Dec 28 - Mrs. William Spell, 25, whose maiden name was Miss Ruby Mae Dechert, died at a local hospital and was buried in the City Cemetery by Rev. M. F. Burton.
She is survived by the widower, two small children, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Dechert, a sister, Mrs. George McInnis of San Antonio and three brothers.
