Funeral service for Fannie Susan Richmond, 90, was conducted Monday afternoon at the Conser Baptist Church. She had been a lifelong resident of this area. Born January 16, 1876 in Hon, Arl., Mrs. Richmond died Jan. 7, at a Fort Smith hospital. She was a member of the Conser Baptist Church. Rev. Paul Mcdaniel and Rev. O. T. VanMeter officiated at funeral services and burial was in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ocie Haynes of Heavener; four brothers, Luther Stuart of Waldron, Claude Stuart of Waldron, Cleemo and Marvin Stuart, both of Heavener; two sisters, Lizzie Young of Mena and Lora Dunn of St. Louis, MO; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Pallbearers were C. D. Johnston, O. J. Stuart, J. C. Stuart, J. B. Stuart, J. K. Stuart and L. D. Casey.
