Vida Myrtle Wine Tuell Allison, 59, of Chester, Hancock County, died suddenly at her residence at Monday, May 20, 1974.

She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio to Oliver Ozias Wine and Lula Myrtle Snyder Wine and was an employee of Taylor Smith and Taylor China Co.; a member of the Allied Worker's Union and the First United Presbyterian Church of Chester.

She is survived by her second husband, James L. Allison; a son, Bernard Earl Tuell of Mineral Wells; a daughter, Barbara Ann Tuell; a step-daughter, Eleanor Monroe of Chester; a step-son, James L. Allison Jr. of New Cumberland and five sisters, Nona Elliott of Chester, Flossie Cowdery of Pomona, CA, Virgie Virden of East Liverpool, OH, Wanda Dunn Wilton of LaVern, CA, Hilda Watson of Walnut, CA; four grandchildren and nine step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Carlos Tuell in 1952.

Funeral services were Thursday, May 23 at the Arner Funeral Home in Chester by Rev. Billica of Chester. Graveside rites at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Parkersburg, WV.
