ASHEBORO - Frank Russell "Chick" Leach, 82, of Sunset Drive died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 1996, at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Central United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ellen Harkey officiating and burial to follow in Randolph Memorial Park.
A native of Star, he was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Asheboro, where he was a member of the Lloyd Bible Class. He retired from Steadman Manufacturing Company and was a member of the Woodmen of the World.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine McCallum Leach of the home; son, Max Russell Leach of Burlington; grandsons, Mark Russell Leach of Charlotte and David Kelly Leach of Macon, Ga.; and sister, Mrs. Robert (Betty) Hosler of Thomasville.
Visitation will be 7-9 tonight at Pugh-Asheboro.
