The funeral of Mrs. Rachel Skinner, widow of the late Hon. De Forest L Skinner, who died yesterday morning at 4 o'clock, will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at the home of Dr. H.M. Evans, owing to the serious illness of her grandchild, Master Robert McGill, who is suffering with pneumonia. The services will be conducted by Rev. J. B. Fleming of Chicago Heights and E. A. Oldberg, pastor of the Presbyterian church. Mrs. Skinner was born in Wayne county and was 71 years of age. She had been an invalid for about two years and on account of her rapid decline in health for the past few months, the end was not unexpected.

The deceased leaves as relatives to mourn her, one son, Leslie R. Skinner, of the firm of Specht, Finney & Skinner, two daughters, Mrs. J. H. McGill and Mrs. Dr. H. M. Evans, and one sister, Mrs. George Finney, all of whom reside in this city.
