During the 1930s and 1940s, Aileen helped her husband run a trucking business in Van Nuys, CA called Riner Motor Express.
Ben, Aileen and their daughter, Patricia, moved to El Monte, California about 1955.
Ben passed away in 1969.
Aileen moved to North Ogden, Utah in 1984 and lived with her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia & Don Schneider, until her death.

NORTH OGDEN- Aileen L Riner, 81 died Fri. Aug. 31 in Ogden.
She was born April 5, 1909 in Lawrence, Kansas, a daughter of Walter and Artis Mae Sawyer Humphrey.
She married Benjamin Franklin Riner Aug. 4, 1928 in Covina, Calif. He died Aug 11, 1969. She was reared and educated in Los Angles, Calif. She had been an office manager in the trucking industry in Los Angeles for many years.
She is survived by one son and on daughter, Ronald W. Riner of Burbank, Calif.; and Mrs. Don (Patricia) Schneider of North Ogden, 4 grandchildren, Michael and Richard Riner, Southern California; Todd Schneider, North Ogden; and Debra Groberg, Spanish Fork. 4 great grandchildren, Paul, Ian, Aaron, and Elise Riner, all of Souther California.
Two brothers, Everett Humphrey of North ridge, Calif.; and William Humphrey, Santa Anna, Calif.
Funeral services and interment will be held Wed. at Forest lawn, Hollywood Hills, Calif.
Local funeral directors Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary.
