Henry Anderson, age 87 of Dardanelle, passed away at his home on November 30, 2008. Henry was born June 23, 1921.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Carol Anderson; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Elizabeth of Casa, AR and Alan and Sheila of Burleson, TX; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers and one sister.

He was a veteran of WWII, and served in Africa, Sicily, Italy, France and Germany. He was a building contractor, and built and remodeled many homes around Russellville, Dardanelle, and the Little Rock area. He was an elder in the Church of God.

Burial services were held December 2, 2008, at Cornwell Chapel, Dardanelle. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dardanelle. Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home, Dardanelle. (WWW.YellCountyObits.org, Yell County Record, Danville, Arkansas; Obituary was published on Wednesday, December 3, 2008)
