OBITUARY :
KEITH LEWIS DOUGLAS, 43, of 16944 Shady Brook Terrace, Hagerstown, Md., died Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va.
Born Jan. 8, 1968, in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of Robert J. and Cathy D. Hazard Douglas of Falling Waters, W.Va.
He was disabled at the time of his death.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Sabrina and Mary Douglas; fiancée, Kimberly Carbary; one brother, Jack Douglas and wife, Melissa, and their children, Crystal, Kierstin and Kaylee; and aunts and uncles, Denise Collins, Dorothy Blankenship, Elizabeth Blankenship, Eddie and Robin Rhoderick, and Robert Humphrey.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Dr. Bruce A. Storms will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a monetary donation would be appreciated and can be sent to Robert Douglas, 3101 Grade Road, Falling Waters, WV 25419.
