Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Singleton, age 89, of Alexandria, La., who passed away 1:30 a.m. Saturday, October 31, were held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Fellowship Baptist church in ward five of this parish with the Rev. Cline D. Ellis, pastor of the First Baptist church of Columbia, officiated.
Interment in the Fellowship church [cemetery] followed under the direction of the Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.
She is survived by nine grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends in this parish who regret to hear of her passing.
