Harriet R. Flower 90 of Delanson, died at the Guilderland Center Nursing Home. Born in Oak Hill, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Marguerite Moore. A stenographer for New York State, Harriet retired in 1981 after 13 years of Service. A resident of Delanson since 1963, she was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Delanson, Altamont and Guilderland Center Fire Departments. Harriet was predeceased in 2003 by her husband of 51 years John E. Flower and was also predeceased by her two sons, Willard Bink and Frederick Flower and a sister Clare Moore. She is survived by her daughter, Marguerite Heath (Allan) of Altamont and son, Robert Flower Sr. (Sandra) of Delanson, a daughter-in-law, Joan Bink of Indiana, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Tuesday March 10, 2009 at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, NY.
