Jennings: Funeral services for Bryan "Tom" LeJeune, age 46 of Jennings, will be held at Bethal Baptist Church on Thursday, June 2, 2011 @ 10 AM with Pastor Tony Bourque officiating. Visitation will be held at Matthews & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 1st from 2 PM - 9 PM and resume on Thursday at 8 AM until the time of his services. A rosary will be recited by Alvin Richard on Wednesday evening at 7 PM. Tom will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery.

Tom was called to his Heavenly Father on Saturday evening. He was a life long resident of Jennings and worked as a draftsman. He enjoyed hunting, wood working, and fabricating eggs. The most important thing to Tom was family. He was a wonderful son, husband and father to his children. He will be greatly missed. Tom is survived by his 4 sons, Samuel "Sam" LeJeune of Benton, LA, Tristan LeJeune, Peyton LeJeune, and Montgomery "Monte" LeJeune all of Jennings, 2 daughters, Katherine "Katie" LeJeune of Benton, LA and Grace LeJeune of Jennings, and a step-daughter, Miranda Holbrooks of Lake Charles. He also leaves behind his wife, Maura Richard LeJeune of Jennings and his parents, Bryan and Evelyn Fontenot LeJeune of Jennings. Other survivors include his siblings, William "Bill" LeJeune and wife Paula, Kevin LeJeune, and Victoria "Vicki" Smith and husband Brian all of Jennings and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tom is preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Victorine LeJeune and Sanford and Ida Fontenot.

Serving as pallbearers will be William "Bill" LeJeune, Sam LeJeune, Mark Guinn, Matt Guinn, Jordan LeJeune, and Brian Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be his 4 sons and brother, Kevin LeJeune.
