After an illness of about three years. Mrs. Barbara Baader died at her home in Rhine street on Monday evening, March 19, 1923. She was a daughter of Jacob and Barbara Reisinger, and was born in Bavaria, Germany, August 8, 1843. About fifty-five years ago she was united in marriage with Nicholas Baader. They emigrated to America in 1884, and moved to Rhine street in 1887 and began raising grapes, being successful in their culture. Mr. Baader died eight years ago. Deceased leaves two sons, Henry and Joseph Baader and two daughters, Mrs. Henry Paul, Sr., and Miss Anna W. Baader, all of Naples. During her long illness, she had been tenderly cared for in the home by Miss Anna, assisted by Mrs. Henry Paul and by her sons. She was a good mother, and the loss to her children is most keenly felt. She was a member of St. Januarius Catholic church and of the Ladies Sodality Society. Funeral services will be held from St. Januarius church tomorrow, Thursday morning, at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. William F. Frank. Interment in the family plot in Rose Ridge cemetery.
