Obituary:

Denison - Funeral services for Mrs. Ernest R. (Marie) Crane, 77, who died Wednesday in a local hospital will be Friday at 10:30 am in Bratcher Chapel with Rev Jerry Butt & Rev L.D. Lamb officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Crane, who was born in Roff, OK, April 19, 1900, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Burch, moved to Denison in her youth and lived here most of her life. She married Ernest R. Crane November 19, 1922. He died in January 1966. She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Mrs Crane and her husband owned and operated Crane's Bakery in Denison for many years.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Herman Miller, Canyon Lake, Texas, and Mrs. James R. Hayden, San Antonio, Texas, a sister, Mrs. Gerald Bruton, Denison, and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Elmer Campbell, Virgil Fogle, Robert Lee Price, Travis Nix, Owen Akers and Emerson Anderson.

Memorials may b e made to the First Christian Church.
