Forest R. White, 79, of 3001 Middle Urbana Road, died Friday, June 30, 1989, at 12:35 p.m. following three years of failing health, in Eaglewood Care Center.
He was born April 30, 1910, in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Guy and Florence (Yeazell) White.
He retired from the Ross Willoughby Company as General Manager in 1975.
He was a member of Central United Methodist Church, past master of St. Andrew's Lodge 619 F. & A. M., past patron of Norris Chapter 426 Order of the Eastern Star, and the Ancient Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton.
Survivors include his wife, Georgiana (Wise); one daughter and son-in-law, Mrs. Darrell (Beverly) Ramsey, of Ridgeway, Ohio; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Rosemary and Sara Ramsey, all of Ridgeway, Ohio.
Friends may call in the Littleton Funeral Home, Sunday, 5-8 p.m. Masonic services will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Don Yocum, of Central United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment in Ferncliff Cemetery.
