Born on December 5, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Stanley(Joanne) Pietrzak. She graduated from Bowen High school class of 1941.
She married Leonard Bloch and from this union came two loving children. She was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church of Calumet City, Illinois, she was in the Apostleship Prayer group at St. Andrews, she enjoyed reading, and spending time with her great grand kids.
She was preceded in death by her children Thomas Bloch and Pamela Bartniczak, and 3 brothers. Survived by Granddaughter; Alyse(Jim) Wright of DeMotte, Nieces; Paula(Jim) Archer of Peotone, Patricia(Norvel) Galloway of Lamonte. She had 1 loving grandchild and 3 loving great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday May 31, 2011 from 4pm-8pm at the Frazier Funeral Home 621 S. Halleck DeMotte, Indiana 46310.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday June 1, 2011 at 10 am at the St. Andrew Catholic Church of Calumet City, IL.
Interment will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery of Calumet City.
She will be deeply missed by all who know and loved her.
