Opal Louise Eoff went to be with The Lord on February 5, 2014 at the age of 75 after her long battle with Alzheimer's.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and teacher. Opal was born on October 26 1938 in San Antonio, Texas to Herman and Louise Schneider.
Opal was an avid sports fan and played on a championship Softball team, loved teaching, being an Eastern Star and refereeing Volleyball games.
In Opal and Bo's retirement years they moved to Sabinal, Texas where they loved the country life and cherished their domino club and friends.
Upon death, she has been reunited with her husband, Elza (Bo) Eoff.
She is survived by her sons Leland Eoff, wife Bobbie of Marion; Carl Eoff wife Cheryl of New Braunfels; daughter Sharon Marshall husband Milo of Spring Branch; granddaughter Dakota Landwehr husband Craig of Lytle, Texas; great granddaughters Chevy and Savannah Landwehr and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Opal, Mom, Grandma and Aunt Opal - thanks for your influence in our lives and rest in blessed peace with Jesus.
