Darlene F. Sites, 51, died at 2:45 a.m. Oct. 9, 2009, at her residence, surrounded by her family.

She was born July 26, 1958, in Auburn, Ind., to Guy Eugene and Janet Rupert Stoker. Her father preceded her in death. Her mother, Janet Seibert, survives in Celina. On March 26, 1977, she married Michael D. Sites Sr., who survives.

Mrs. Sites was a homemaker and had worked at Horton's Buffing, Spencerville. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and close friends. She enjoyed playing bingo and making people laugh.

Survivors also include four children, Michelle Stoker, Michael D. (Sharon) Sites Jr., Melissa M. (Joshua) Groves and Kristy Ann Sites, all of Spencerville; six grandchildren and another on the way; four sisters, Pamela Lawson, of Celina, Christine (Terry) Gilliland, of St. Marys, Becky (Larry) Meyer, of Celina, and Brenda Stoker, of Botkins; a brother, Lloyd (Vic) Stoker, of Celina; and several nieces, nephews and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Larry Seibert; and a sister, Cheryl Caudill.

Services will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville. Pastor Jim Fletcher will officiate.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the funeral home.
