Maxine "Sissy" Lieb, age 85, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2011, in Mountain Home.
She was born October 24, 1925, in Norfork, Arkansas, to Arthur Carlisle and Stacy Forrest Baker Wolf.
On February 5, 1947, she married James Lieb in Mountain Home.
A native area resident, Mrs. Lieb was a member of the Christian Church of Mountain Home and retired as a receptionist and bookkeeper at Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick's dental clinic. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting rugs, reading, flower gardening, crossword puzzles and being with family and friends.
Mrs. Lieb is survived by a son: Jon Lieb: Lomita, California; a daughter: Jaime (David) Brantley: Centerton, Arkansas; a brother: Walter Wolf: Mountain Home; two grandchildren: Stacey Floyd: Centerton and Will Vester: Conway, Arkansas; a great-granddaughter: Nadia Floyd: Centerton; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and three brothers: Frank "Bitsy" Wolf, Warren "Bob" Wolf and John Wolf.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at the Christian Church of Mountain Home.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the church.
Interment will be in Mountain Home Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
