Mrs. Mabel E. Young
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church for Mrs. Mabel E. Young, 79, of the Russell-Lamson building, who died Friday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital. She had resided in Waterloo for the past ten years and had formerly lived in Dunkerton and Los Angeles.
The Rev. Ralph Kitterman, pastor, will officiate. Friends may call at the Parrott and Wood funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
She was born in Dunkerton, the daughter of Andrew and Martha Ellis.
Her husband, Harry M. Young, formerly associated with the Young Coal Co. of Waterloo died in 1946.
Surviving are one son, Harry E. Young, an Oelwein businessman; two grandchidren and three great-grandchildren.

Burial: Elmwood Cemetery, Waterloo, Iowa.
