Waring, Jonathan, late of Stamford, will dated Jan. 7, 1804, probated Aug. 22, 1805, legacies to the heirs of Michael Waring, deceased; son Jonathan Waring, heirs of Samuel Waring, deceased son, viz: Her son, Jotham, Betsey, and Alfred; daughters Rebecca, Elizabeth, Mary and Abigail; Joel Waring, the eldest son of Joel Waring, deceased, heirs of Jesse Waring, a deceased son; son Abraham Waring; heirs of Noah Waring, a deceased son, viz: Nancy, Marilda, and Noah; and son James Waring.
