The funeral of Mrs. Mary Leavenworth took place from the family residence on James street yesterday afternoon, Rev. Nelson Millard, D.D. officiated. The remains were enclosed in a handsome draped casket and were interred in the family lot at Oakwood. The following named gentlemen acted as bearers: Judge George F. Comstock, Mr. H.W. Van Buren, Judge Israel S. Spencer, Hon. N.F. Graves, Hon. J.J. Belden, Gen. D.P. Wood; Dr. H.B. Wilbur , and Mr. William Brown Smith
