DAVENPORT -- Raymond E. Bergeron, 78, Davenport, passed away at his home on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation is 12:30 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
Mr. Bergeron was employed 25 years at Nichols Homeshield, Davenport, before his retirement.
He was born Sept. 22, 1923, in Fitchburg, Mass. On Jan. 5, 1951, he married Helen Guyette in Fitchburg.
Mr. Bergeron served in the Navy during World War II.
Memorials may be made to the Veterans Administration.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Dona and Michael Patton, Hampton, Ill.; stepdaughters, Terri Stockdale, residing in Georgia, and Patricia Rahm, Davenport; stepsons, David, and wife, Sharon Guyette, residing in Minnesota, Floyd Guyette, residing in New Hampshire, Turrell Guyette, Davenport, and Alvin Guyette, residing in Kansas; numerous grandchildren; and a sister, Claire St. Jean, residing in Massachusetts.
