Eula Lee Hunt, 88, of Florence died on October 28, 1997 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jerry Edgil officiating. Burial will be in Emmaline Stutts Cemetery. A native of Lauderdale County, she was the daughter of Doxie Lee and Nannie Willie (Dial) Hamm. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Betty McDow; her parents; her brothers, Arman Hamm, Eugene Hamm, Robert Hamm, and William Hamm; her sister, Vestor Posey; and a great-granddaughter. She is survived by her husband, William Leo Hunt; her sons, Charles Hunt of Columbia, Tennessee, George Hunt of Peoria, Illinois, and Oneal Hunt and William Leo Hunt, Jr., both of Florence; her daughters, Louise Davis and Sandra Trousdale, both of Florence, Dorothy Ellison of Lewistown, Illinois, Lorene Roberts of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, and Stella Pruett of Loretto, Tennessee; her brother, James Hamm of Florence; her sister, Ruth Sexton of Cleveland, Tennessee; thirty four grandchildren; and forty five great-grandchildren.
