Died Friday, Nov. 3, 1995, at Sterling Place. She was 51, born Dec. 28, 1943, and a native and resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting was held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Visiting at St. Jude Catholic Church after 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Michael Collins. Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park. Survived by father and mother, V.J. Gianelloni Jr. of Longwood Plantation, and Jeanette C. Singleton, both ofBaton Rouge; a sister, Julie G. Connor, Washington D.C.; four brothers, V.J. Gianelloni III, Bourg, James R. (Buzzy) Gianelloni, Metairie, Douglas Gianelloni and Victor Gianelloni, both of Baton Rouge; and 10 nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be James(Buzzy) Gianelloni, Douglas Gianelloni, Victor Gianelloni, Mark Gianelloni, David Martin and Will Roberts. She was stricken with equine encephalitis in the summer of 1955 when she was 11 years old and a student at St. Joseph's Academy. Before her illness she was active in 4-H and exhibited her lambs and Aberdeen angus calves with Riverside 4-H Club in parish and state fairs and had the first Grand Champion lamb in East Baton Rouge Parish.
