According to Thera of the Schwenk Family Tree, Ancestry.com
estate settled 11 Oct 1749 - buried Delp's Cem, Harleysville,
Note: Naturalized in 1743 with is son, Jacob. In 1727 he purchased 187 acres of land on Indian Creek, Franconia Twp, in what is now Montgomery Co, PA. On this land he built a grist mill and a house. In 1734 an adjacent tract was surveyed to him; the two tracts extending from the Indian Creek to the Branch Creek, northeast of the village of Vernfield. In 1738 he was listed as a Trustee of the Lower Salford menonite congregation. On 20 Apr 1748, Jacob Landes (Sr) and his wife, conveyed their entire holdings to their son, Jacob Landes/Landis (Jr.) This seems to indicate that he was their only son, or at least the only one still living in 1748. Jacob (Jr) further improved the land he inherited by building a saw mill on Indian Creek.

Please note there is another Jacob Landes buried at Delps who died 1777. The caption for his marker indicates a mention of this Jacob on the back side of that monument.
