William D. LaPointe, 70, of Box 832, Dixie Hwy., Erie, MI died today in St. Vincent Hospital.
Mr. LaPointe, a farmer, was a lifelong resident of Erie and a member of St. Joseph's Church there.
Surviving are his wife, Clara; son, Ira; daughter Mrs. Janet Hansen, all of Erie; sister Louise LaPointe, Los Angeles, California and 3 grandchildren.
The body is in the Abele Mortuary where the rosary will be recited Friday at 8 PM. Service will be Saturday at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Erie with burial and the parish cemetery.
