"Sister of Decatur Lady Dies at Home
Mrs. Lillian M. Sprague, 87, sister of Mrs. Frank Barwiler of Decatur, died at 1:10 pm Wednesday at her home, 217 East Main St., Hartford City.
She was born to George and Mary Cline-Houck Oct. 29, 1883, and was married to Lee F. Sprague, prominent Blackford County attorney in 1906.
Mrs. Sprague was a member of the First Presbyterian Church at Hartford City.
Surviving in addition to the sister are three daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Jessie) Beltz of Kokomo, Mrs. Paul (Virginia) Kenagy of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Geneva Miller of Griffith; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. One son is deceased.
Services will be held at 10 am Saturday at the Richman-Markin Chapel at Hartford City, with burial in the IOOF Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm today."
