Frank served as a Private First Class in Company G, 112th Infantry, 28th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

Prior to the war he resided on 446 Bay Street, Rochester, Monroe County, New York.

He enlisted in the Army on November 17, 1942 in Rochester. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Salesmen and also as Married.

Frank was "Killed In Action" in Luxembourg during the war.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.

He was first interred overseas and later re-interred here on April 13, 1949.
