Beth Winterton Crook passed away on May 22, 2011 in Oakley, Utah. A void has been left in our hearts in the passing of our Queen Mother.
She was born in Charleston, Utah on February 15, 1921 to Moroni and Mable Winterton. She married Harvey J. Crook on October 25, 1939. He died July 16, 1992.
She is survived by her children: Karlyn Mair, Jean (Larry) Morris, Barbara (Biff) Gwilliam, Ralph (Diane) Crook, David (Vickie) Crook, Brian (Jeri) Crook, twenty-six grandchildren, fifty-nine great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her husband Harvey J Crook, her parents, a son-in-law LeRoy Mair, and her siblings Della Alder, Allen Winterton, Lucille Peterson, Vernon Winterton, Vera Thomas.
A viewing will be held in her honor on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Olpin Mortuary in Heber City, 288 North Main Street, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral services. The funeral will be held on Thirsday, May 26, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in Salt Lake County, Utah at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1830 East 6400 South, Murray, Utah.
Interment will be in the Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery, 3115 East Bengal Boulevard (7800 South), Cottonwood Heights.
