MRS. W.B. MOCK DIES AT CARLISLE, TROUP JUNE 12--Mrs. W.B. Mock, 64, resident of Troup for over fourty years, died Tuesday at the home of her son, J.J. Mock, in Carlisle, where she was visting at the time of her death.Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thrusday at the First Methodist Chruch at Troup with Rev.J.L. Bryant, officating. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery in Troup.Mrs.Mock, was before her marriage, Miss Jessie Maude Moon. and was born in New Salem community,Rusk County. she moved to Omen in 1890 and to Troup in 1893.Survivors include her husband, Will B.Mock, a prominent flour and drayman of Troup. three sons, Walter of Troup, Bob of San Antonio, and J.J.of Carlisle. one daughter Mrs.Grace Johnson of Longview.four sisters Mrs.Pearl Barlett of Dallas,Mrs.Carrie Marcus of Jefferson. and Mrs.Nannie Turner of Houston. and Mrs.Cleffie Rowland of Troup, and one brother, Ira Moon of Troup....cause of death massive heartattack.
