Alice R. Fowler, 75, 138 Miller Road, Biglerville, died Friday morning, Dec. 18, at Green Acres. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Axel and Ruth Seagren.
Her husband, Edward S. Fowler, died in 1954.
She is survived by a daughter, Betty G. Shindledecker of Biglerville; a son, Kenneth R. Fowler; six grandchildren; a sister, Lillian F. Faroul of Dryden, N.Y.; two brothers, C. W. Seagren of Port Jefferson, N.Y. and John Seagren of Rocky Point, N.Y.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Fairfield Union Cemetery with the Rev. James Winjum officiating. Arrangements were made through the Monahan Funeral Home in Fairfield.
