Blanche was the third of three children born to Albert Zenon Regeimbal and Thelma Marie Weller Regeimbal. She worked at Sigman's Bakery, Southgate Bakery and was the Variety Manager for Safeway. She enjoyed reading, cards, camping, cruising, cooking and looking after her family. She attended Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
In 2009, Blanche fulfilled a dream of going to Venice, Italy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert & Thelma; brothers, Robert Louis and Raymond Calvin Regeimbal; and her mother and father-in-law, Anna & Tom Fisher.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, David Miller of Yakima; two sons, Glenn (Anita) Miller of Mt. St. Helens, OR and Brian (Cheryl) Miller of Yakima; four daughters, Jeanette (Frank) Cardenas of Porterville, CA, Diane (Dan) Andreas of Kennewick, Camille (Tim) Coupal of Yakima and Lorraine (Andy) Barrows of Chadron, NE; twenty-four grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Chris, Tara, Sammy, Ashley, Trenton, Angie, Will, Toby, Lily, Dara, Tyler, Darcy, Kylee, Drew, Kara, Dustin, Kyle, Adam, Sage, Chanteena, Kendra, Andrew and James; two foster grand-children, Ashley and Kassandra Peterson of Yakima; and a God-son, Isaiah Santay of Guatemala.
