PASCAGOULA -- James Bragg Bishop, 82, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 1998, in Biloxi.
Mr. Bishop was born March 14, 1916, in Maben, Miss., and retired from the Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Mae (Bess) Bishop; his parents, Cleat and Dora Bishop; and two brothers, Ed Bishop and Slim Bishop.
Survivors include two daughters, Jimmie Ann Goldtrap of Fontaine Bleau and Patti McCathran of Huntington Beach, Calif.; a sister, Mary McCoy of Gulfport; a brother, Peck Bishop of Maben; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point, where friends may call an hour and 30 minutes before service time. burial will be in Serene Memorial Gardens in Escatawpa.
