William I. "Billy Boy" Parks III, 31, a native of Bon Secour and a resident of Robertsdale, died Friday, May 20, 2011 in a car accident. Survivors include two daughters, Brooklyn Faye Parks and BreAnna Gail Parks, both of Winfield; mother and step-father, Deborah and Johnny Nelson of Robertsdale; father and step-mother, Billy and Gina Parks of Pensacola, Fla.; mother of his children, Wendy Bishop Burleson of Winfield; two brothers, John Kelly Nelson of Robertsdale and Austin Angelo Parks of Bon Secour; four sisters, Laura Blair Brewton of Robertsdale, Chassidy Sabrina Singler of Summerdale, Carla Jean Nelson of Robertsdale and Laura Lynn Wilmott of Gulf Shores; grandparents, Bonnie Wallace of Foley, Ellery and Delores Parks of Bon Secour, Peter and Yvonne Nelson of Bon Secour, and Alma Jernigan of Elberta.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 23 from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rock Cemetery, Robertsdale. Memorial donations for Brooklyn and BreAnna Parks in memory of Billy Parks can be made at any branch of Vision Bank in Baldwin County. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Robertsdale.
