James Odie Boles, 51, of 3319 Elihu Street, died Thursday in a local hospital. Surviving are his wife; a son, George E. Boles; three daughters, Mrs. Sallie Newsom, Miss Dorothy and Miss Marie Boles, all of Dallas; two brothers, W. B. and Eldridge Boles of Weslaco, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Millie Bishop of Megargel, Texas; and his mother, Mrs. Susan Boles of Weslaco. Funeral services from Weiland Funeral Church at 2 p. m. Saturday, Rev. C. M. Pullias officiating. Interment Grove Hill Cemetery.
