She was born in Tulsa, OK to Benjamen Franklin and Nancy Cox Plew. She was an inspector for Levi-Strauss and Co. and a member of Westside Freewill Baptist Church. She had lived in Springdale, AR area most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Bloyed, in 1977; two brothers; two sisters.
Survivors include one daughter one brother, 2 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
