Oscar Samuel Toliver Jr., retired Staff Sergeant, USAF, passed away on March 14, 2011 at the age of 72. Graduated from A. C. Jones High School, Veterans Service Community Affairs Officer, member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Deacon, BTU Director and Sunday School Teacher.
Survivors are wife, Beverly J. Toliver, daughter Jacqueline L. Moreno, sons Vincent and Oscar S. Toliver III, three stepsons, Edward Arnez, Lonnie D. Ousley and Stephen D Flowers, two stepdaughters, Linda and Lola Ousley, one God Daughter, Barbara J. Knutson. Homegoing Celebration is Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be at St. Rose Cemetery with full Military Honors.
