RICHARD A. MARSHALL, JR.
December 12, 1943 - March 1, 2007
On this date, March 1st the one year anniversary when the Lord called Dickie (Richard) home to be with Him, we want to remember and celebrate his life. Not a day goes by that we don't think of Dickie and remember his contagious smile and that wonderful sparkle in his eyes. A man is often remembered by the way he lived his life. Dickie will always be remembered as a strong godly man with a tender heart and very compassionate. He was a loyal friend with great humility, but foremost he was a loving and devoted, son, father, brother, husband, grandfather, to his mother, son, daughters, sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, aunt, uncle, granddaughter, grandsons, nephews, nieces and cousins. Our lives were all the richer because of him and we thank God for blessing us by giving Dickie to us for 68 wonderful years. Dickie made it so easy to love him, and we miss him more than words can describe. We take great comfort in knowing that one day we will see Dickie again in heaven because of the assurance that we have that comes from knowing JESUS CHRIST.
