A combination of accidental and natural causes was responsible for the death of Mrs. Grace JOHNSON, 78, of 77 Pullman Avenue, yesterday in General Hospital, according to Coroner David H. ATWATER, Mrs. JOHNSON slipped and fell into a tub of hot water in her home two weeks ago. Burns suffered at that time hastened her death, the coroner stated.

--Services Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home. Interment will be made at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
