She graduated from Clear Creek High School, Huntington County, Indiana in 1941. On September 12, 1942 she married Sharon F. Stellar. He died October 29, 2009.
Betty was a homemaker and member of Clear Creek Church, Huntington County, IN.
She is survived by three sons, William Stellar, North Manchester, IN, Donald Stellar, Wabash, IN and Alan Stellar, Servia, IN; one daughter, Judy (Jackie) North, Servia, IN; ten grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Two daughters, one brother and three sisters are deceased.
