Louis Balbinot
Rome Louis P. Balbinot, 72 of Rome Died at 6 am Saturday at Galena Park Nursing Home.
He was born May 10, 1908, in Oklahoma, a son of Anthony and Catherine
(Calabrese) Balbinot. He Married Ruby Provence, Aug. 9, 1936, in
Farmington. She died in 1963
He worked at Caterpillar Tractor Co. for 10 years, retiring in 1976, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge AF&AM in Chillicothe.
Surviving are six daughters, Janice Auld of Pekin, Marilyn Closen and Nancy Colwell, both of Chillicothe, Diane Craig of Varna, Catherine Brustoski of Granville, and Connie Kallas of Minonk; three brothers, Stanley and Willie,
both of Canton and Chuck of Lacon; three sisters Mrs. Bella Frye of Lacon,
Naomi Balbinot of Chicago, and Mrs. Mary Maynard of Farmington;
And 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, one brother and three sisters.
Services will be held at 1 pm Monday at Oaks Memorial Chapel, with Father Thomas Coughline officiating. Burial will be in Norris Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 am untill time of services Monday at the Chapel.
