Thomas Holman Hunt 83 of Greensburg, IN. passed away Tuesday May 17, 2011 at the Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Care Facility in Columbus, IN. He was born May 30, 1927 in Bath County, KY. The son of Tom and Leona (Goodpaster) Hunt. He worked at Beatrice Foods as a Driver and Salesman for 30 years. Prior to that he was a Livestock Dealer. He was a member of the 1st Church of Christ in Greensburg, VFW Rushville, a Golden Eagle of the Eagles Aerie #129 Greensburg, IN. and a member of the Teamsters Local 135. He also served in the U.S. Army. He married Geneva (Ingram) Hunt on November 15, 1952 in Mount Sterling, KY., and she survives at the home.

Besides his wife, he is survived by Two Daughters: Jill (Dave) Richards of Greensburg, IN., Lisa (Jack) Hunt of Rushville, IN. One Son: Randy (companion Peggy Ramsey) Hunt of Greensburg, IN. Two Grandchildren: Abby (Blake) Shenefield and Jody (Jeremiah) Westerfeld and One Great Granddaughter: Regan Abigale Westerfeld. He was preceded in death by his parents, Two Brothers: Ruben and Everett Hunt; and Three Sisters: Mina Warren, Lillie Toy, and Minnie Warren.

Friends may call at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Friday May 20, 2011 from 11:00 am until the time of service 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in the South Park Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers the family requests that Memorial Contributions be made to the 1st Church of Christ or to hospice of South Central Indiana.
