C.M. Littrell, 96, 603 University Drive, Somerset, died Tuesday, March 12, at Midtown Care Home, following a long illness.

He was born in the Goochtown community, October 25, 1894, son of the late George and Martha Warren Littrell. He was a retired businessman, merchant, farmer, and member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include three sons, Jeff Littrell, Somerset, Foster Littrell, Science Hill, and Don Littrell, Loveland, Ohio; three daughters, Zella Estes and Judy Cummins, both of Somerset, and Lena Ayers, Lexington; two brothers, Cicero Littrell, Cincinnati, and Leslie Littrell, Eubank; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Clara Reynolds Littrell, whom he married April 13, 1913; two infant children; two brothers, William Barbie and Leo C. Littrell; three sisters, Eva Reynolds, Elsie Black, and Lola Blevins; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Gatton officiating.

Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery
